Uphold Login | Login Requirements

Uphold provides secure account access through a multi-layer authentication system. This article explains the login process, authentication requirements, supported security methods, and troubleshooting steps for technical users.

Login Requirements

Before attempting to log in, ensure the following:

1. A registered Uphold account
2. Verified email address
3. Active internet connection
4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled (recommended or required in some cases)
5. Updated browser or mobile application version

Web Login Procedure

1. Navigate to the official Uphold website. Select Log In.
2. Enter your registered email address. Input your password.
3. Complete the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) challenge.
4. Upon successful authentication, the system redirects to the user dashboard.

7. Open the Uphold mobile application (iOS or Android).
8. Enter account credentials (email and password). Complete 2FA verification.
9. Optional: Use biometric authentication (Face ID or fingerprint) if previously enabled.
